Surgical-training modules took months to build and couldn’t scale. ALL-SAFE is an assessment OS that scaffolds modules through agentic automation, combines peer, expert, and automated review into one workflow, and applies AI feedback and computer vision to surgical-skill evaluation, with a web curriculum, low-cost simulation, and video tuned for low-connectivity settings used across Ethiopia, Cameroon, and Kenya. It won the $700K grand prize of the Intuitive Foundation’s Global Surgical Training Challenge for laparoscopic self-training.
